The Heart of the Valley is a 11 community group strategically located in Northeastern Wisconsin on both sides of the Fox River. Geographically it is comfortably an arm's length away from Green Bay and Appleton yet close to every city convenience. The communities of the Heart of the Valley are Buchanan, Combined Locks, Darboy,  Freedom,  Harrison, Hollandtown, Kaukauna,  Kimberly, Little Chute, Sherwood and Wrightstown.
