The Heart of the Valley has many opportunities for you to lend your business expertise and valuable skills to help make our communities better places to live, work and play. By working on committees and programs, volunteers help the Chamber shape issues, plan events and accomplish goals important for the economic vitality of the Heart of the Valley. Dedicated, caring and creative individuals working tirelessly year-round are what makes the Chamber such a positive and progressive force in the Heart of the Valley. We welcome your involvement.

Ambassador Committee
The Ambassador Committee serves as official representatives and goodwill ambassadors of the Chamber. Ambassadors are the "goodwill" arm of the Chamber and are instrumental in the promotion of the chamber, its programs and members. The Ambassadors attend groundbreakings, grand-openings, ribbon cuttings, and New Member Photos. *Meets the first Tuesday of every month at 12:00noon

Business Development Committee
The Business Development Committee creates, organizes and sponsors informational programs and workshops for Chamber members. *Meets the third Wednesday of every month at 7:30am

CEO/Senior Executive Roundtable This program gives business owners and senior managers an opportunity to learn from the expertise and hands-on experience of their peers when looking for challenges that confront them. Meets the 1st Thursday of the month at 7:30am

Golf Outing Committee
The Golf Outing Committee plans Annual Chamber Golf Outing. *Meets on an as needed basis.

Government Action Committee
The Government Action Committee analyzes and informs Chamber members of legislative issues and makes recommendations to the Board on positions the Chamber should take on important business-related legislative issues. This Committee sponsors the monthly Meet Your Legislator breakfast program and publishes the Legislative Issue of the Month. *Meets the second Tuesday of every month at 12:00noon

Marketing and Public Relations Committee
The Marketing and Public Relations Committee's mission is to assess, develop and implement strategies and tactics to effectively promote the Heart of the Valley Chamber, its businesses and its community. *Meets the second Wednesday of every month at 12:00noon

Member Benefits Committee
The Member Benefits Committee is responsible for benefit programs that will enhance member recruitment and retention. *Meets as needed

Taste From The Heart Committee
This Committee plans Taste from the Heart event through sub-committees. *Each sub-committee meets at different times
