Eagle Graphics provides custom screen-printing, embroidery, promotional products, signs, banners, vehicle graphic and business printing. Our corporate office and production facility is located in Kaukauna, WI with retail sales offices location in Kimberly, Kaukauna and Neenah, with more locations expected soon. We have experienced tremendous growth in our online services which include company and online school stores along with a growing number of clients ordering at our corporate website. Our customer base consists of schools, small business, corporate, and retail. This position would report directly to Co-Owner in charge of Sales & Marketing.

Overview of eCommerce/Marketing Position: We are looking for an energetic and forward thinking individual with a strong web and marketing interest who prides themselves in the ability to work on a broad range of projects and duties. Some of these include:

  • Build online company stores and school stores using existing company web application including data entry of product data, images, pricing, etc. We will train the candidate on our current web application but candidates must have strong web and computer skills.
  • Supporting all areas of eCommerce order chain including order entry/processing and handling inbound web derived customer service phone calls & emails.
  • Manage and update corporate website.
  • Implement and grow ongoing web marketing campaigns and promotions through content, e-mail and social programs. 
  • Organize and segment customers in existing contact database to provide marketing of relevant products depending on customer segments, buying patterns and needs.
  • Tracking website metrics and implementing SEO.
Qualification/Skills Needed:
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus but not required.
  • Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing software. 
  • Previous experience in eCommerce and Marketing duties listed above. 
  • HTML knowledge a plus.
  • High Level of knowledge in office software, web and email.
  • Strong written and communication skills. 
  • Creative “out of the box” Ideas to Grow Online Presence.

Sure-Dry Basement Systems is looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to serve on our team. This individual must possess: strong organizational, customer service and time management skills; high attention to and accuracy in detail; proficient computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet; excellent verbal communication skills. This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customer on the phone, both for inbound informational/troubleshooting calls, and outbound calls to schedule sales appointments.

This is a COLLABORATIVE position between Best Friends of Neenah-Menasha and Reach Counseling Services, Inc. This position will create a joint sustainability plan that will fortify our infrastructure allowing us to expand services and provide counseling for shared clientele who are the victims of abuse.

This position will be responsible for 1) increasing revenue of both agencies through special events; 2) Providing professional training and support to committee members & volunteers by acting as an internal development resource; 3) Reducing the burden of special event responsibilities currently placed on programming staff; and 4) Shifting direct fundraising responsibilities from the Executive Directors and their boards to allow them to refocus resources on the cultivation of individual donors.
